My son, a dependent received a call from Brent Stamps, attorney at law office. He was told he had an outstanding medical bill with Northside of Forsyth Georgia, hospital. He was given some sort of a threat to pay his bill within 2 hours or [?].
My son contacted his father and then me (step mom). He is covered under my medical coverage. I contacted the “attorneys” office and was treated very rudely by the receptionist, Kimberly. I was told my son would have to grant permission for them to provide me information even though I am the responsible party for medical co-pay coverage/payments. I placed a conference call with my son and the attorney’s office and my son gave permission to them to speak to me. I then was passed to the “attorney” who spoke with my son. She, Cynthia Wilson was incredibly rude. She placed me on hold 3 different times while I sought after their purpose in the call. I got no where and she finally told me if I wanted details I was to contact their client, Northside of Forsyth. I asked for a telephone number and contact person responsible for involving Brent Stamps, attorney at law office. Cynthia Wilson told me to dial 411. I hung up.
I then contacted my Health Insurance provider. My Health Insurance provider representative placed a call to the Billing Office of Northside Forsyth hospital and through a conference call, had all 3 parties now on the phone, Health Insurance provide, me, and a billing office representative of Northside Forsyth. Northside Forsyth showed my account noted to adjust any billing to ZERO as they had received the negotiated network payment from the Health Insurance provider and my co-pay. There was a ZERO balance on the account.
I then informed the Northside Forsyth billing representative of how outrageous the “attorney’s” office calls were, rude, and in the long run, Northside Forsyth billing had been at fault on billing.
My son and I have blocked all potential or future calls from 678-250-7180. This experience will be provided to a proper or proper authorities for investigation specifically of investigate “Brent Stamps, attorney at law, offices.
770-702-3390 Called at 4:08a on 5/12. I answered, no response on the other side and then a delayed hang up. I called back at 4:30a and got generic recording "not available".
Continuous calls at home and work with a voice message from "Autum" of the law office of "Brent D. Stamps". They are rude and basically air heads and can't tell you anything about who, when and how much owed. I will not deal with them and will pay my medical bills when I can and not to them. I would hate to be Brent D. Stamps - this is bad advertising for him and his office!!!!!
