This true, its not a scam as i previously thought. I had ignored this number for a 2 months and finally decided to answer, low behold, it was regarding my husband's Wal-Mart MasterCard. They informed us that our Mastercard had not been paid and it was past due I had explained to the person that it was on automatic withdrawal but I failed to remember that a few months ago my husband lost his debit bank card and our account was being withdrawn from there to make payments instead of our actual account with a routing number so we got that taken care of. The only thing I didn't do over the phone with that particular Representatives is give them my information regarding our new bank account/ debit card I ended up calling the back of the Walmart card and setting it up myself so I know that I'm talking to a actual person from that company.
Getting several calls a day for the last six weeks. I'm on the do not call list and have reported them several time. I have blocked this number, nothing helps. Wish someone would help.
I kept asking who was calling and the woman "Deena" would not tell me the name of the company at all. She just kept asking to speak with someone who lives in my household. Sorry, but if you're not going to reveal who you work for you're not speaking to the person that you want. I've worked for plenty of phone companies and I'm pretty certain you're supposed to identify the company you work for. You can't call someone's home and withhold information like that
They called and said if i got a walmart credit card and if i purchased something on September 15 and if i live in Florida!!!. I said I dont have a Walmart credit card amd i dont live in Florida!!!
