I believe this is a scam. They called the next day after I called the marketplace saying something in regards to the 1095A. The crazy thing is, I spoke with a manager the day before and they solved my situation. The +1 (701) 264-3124 called the next day insisting he needed all my info so he could make sure I got my form. Luckily I had like 3 different addresses so they were confused when I gave them one. They then called again, same person, trying to say the same thing they said yesterday. Something is not right. I hope I'm not in trouble bc I gave them my SSN during verification bc I was so annoyed and thought it was the health marketplace not getting their information correct.
Caller said she was calling from the Healthcare Marketplace. Asked for personal information for identification purposes. I told her she should know who she is calling and not need such personal information. She wouldn't continue the conversation unless I gave her personal info so we said goodbye and hung up.
Caller said calling from Health Insurance Market Place about my 1095a. They needed to verify my name and date of birth. Then stated corrected 1095a denied.

Call received .......stating Healthcare Marketplace re: 1095 form.
Needed personal information. I told them they would have it if they were legit.
Called hung up.
Female caller left a message on my home phone, said she was with the Health Insurance Marketplace, and was calling in regards to "a recent inquiry on your 1095-A form." I could barely hear her in the first place, and after listening to the message a dozen times, I still could not make out what she said after that. She never addressed me by name, didn't leave her name or a callback number -- all BIG RED FLAGS. This fish isn't biting! Reverse lookup of the phone number indicates it is in the Fargo, ND area. BLOCKED!
Female called, saying she was with the Health Insurance Marketplace, calling in regards to a recent inquiry on my 1095-A form. In order to proceed she requested my full name and my address. I told her my name, my address, but when she ask for my phone I said " is the same you just dialed".... and then i feel it is a scam and told her I already resolve my problem, and then hang up..."
