I believe this is a scam. They called the next day after I called the marketplace saying something in regards to the 1095A. The crazy thing is, I spoke with a manager the day before and they solved my situation. The +1 (701) 264-3124 called the next day insisting he needed all my info so he could make sure I got my form. Luckily I had like 3 different addresses so they were confused when I gave them one. They then called again, same person, trying to say the same thing they said yesterday. Something is not right. I hope I'm not in trouble bc I gave them my SSN during verification bc I was so annoyed and thought it was the health marketplace not getting their information correct.
Received 2 voice mails stating: "Hello, I'm calling from (Hamilton Trends Marketplace ((hard to understand))) in response to a recent phone call to the marketplace customer service with regards to form 1095-A. (Now I did place a call 10 days prior) for case number E************. Additional information is needed to address your inquiry. A representative will try to reach you at a later time. Thank you."
This is a legitimate number for "healthcare.gov". Check the healthcare.gov website. We received such a call because our original 1095A was incorrect. Might be difficult to spoof this number.
