I believe this is a scam. They called the next day after I called the marketplace saying something in regards to the 1095A. The crazy thing is, I spoke with a manager the day before and they solved my situation. The +1 (701) 264-3124 called the next day insisting he needed all my info so he could make sure I got my form. Luckily I had like 3 different addresses so they were confused when I gave them one. They then called again, same person, trying to say the same thing they said yesterday. Something is not right. I hope I'm not in trouble bc I gave them my SSN during verification bc I was so annoyed and thought it was the health marketplace not getting their information correct.
Just so you know, I am having problems with The Marketplace. Didn't receive my 1095. They told me this is the number that will show up on caller ID when they call me back with my 1095 info. I know I talked to a legitimate rep because I initiated the call through the ONLY number you can use to deal with these jokers! So watch blocking this number if your insurance is via Obamacare!
Interesting. People look things up because they want to know more or because they simply don't know. Yet you knew everything there is to know about this phone number but looked it up anyway. Now why would you do that?
I just got off the phone with the Marketplace, a call which I initiated. As above, they said they would call me back and I would see this number on my caller ID. It was also a question about my 1095-A form. It is legit.
I initially called Healthcare.gov and this is the EXACT number they said would be calling me back to help w/ my 1095A issue because i had not received it through the mail and it was not available for download, online.
They gave me a confirmation # that the caller would request to verify I was who I said I was. Them asking your name and address is by no means invasion of privacy or a red flag.
This IS NOT A SCAM! IT IS PEOPLE TRYING TO DO THEIR JOBS AND HELP!
