Called regarding MS Windows problems (we don't have any), wanting us to download their Trojan spyware. Caller ID said Andorff N&A, foreign voice/same voice has been calling for 2 weeks from other numbers (including late night calls). Third call in 2 days from this number. We have been telling them we know it is as scam as MS doesn't call people and to stop calling. Some calls include poor connection and dogs/children in the background (clearly unprofessional call).
No luck getting them to stop so far, they just change the # and keep calling. Reported to Attorney General to let them know scam was going around the area and let people be warned, but they are spoofing phone numbers so no good to be on do not call registry.
They either say our computer is downloading viruses or our computer is making theirs run slow.. Dad and mom have went off on them. when i answer i alway pretend to be someone different. Weve turned it into a game.
