Just got a call from the number (703)009-0001 at about 10:45am. I didn't answer and they left no voicemail. I am also a 919 number. I also got a call last week from the number (514)001-1000, I didn't answer and they left no voicemail. I read online that one is also a scam (obviously because that number looks super weird). I read some people said don't even answer because they may be able to get info through your phone? Not sure if that's true, but I just ignore any weird numbers every time especially after reading how rude and nasty these people are!!
Call from this number while I was a work. No message. All my phones are on Do Not Call list. I suspect this is a scam/solicitation. We get several unknown number calls a month. Some company is handing out phone numbers to scammers.

Just called me. Same scenario as most above. Told to press 9 to lower my interest rate. Keep on mind I don't even use a credit card. I pressed 9 and a male answered. I asked to be removed from the call list. He very happily replied that I would have to give him [***] to be removed. I told him to burn in Hell and if I could get my hands in him I would castrate him. And I would.
As of today they are not giving up on their SCAM. Asked them if they wanted to hear about Jesus! End of story - I guess they were convicted and hung up.
