This caller has Indian accent. He introduced himself as Sam but he did say who he wanted to talk to. Usually, when you call someone, you call his/her name before or after you introduce yourself, but he didn't. That means he doesn't know who I am, he said he call about my application and I could hardly understood him because of his accent. I said I didn't apply anything and he got the wrong number. He kept going on but I cut him off ....
Same thing as everyone else.. someone saying I filled out a form for an timeshare or something. As soon as I heard that I hung up and blocked the number.
Just received a call from this number. It was a man with a heavy Indian accent. I don't care about the accent because in DC you come across all kinds of people. I only answered the phone because the area code is the same as most of my family. That includes my phone. He kept saying I had won some sort of vacation package. I told him I wouldn't have filled out a form for a vacation package because I use my parents timeshare for everything. Eventually I got to the point where I told him I wasn't interested and he hung up on me.
On 2/18/17, at approx. 0942 hrs., received a call from 703.973.0231. The caller was a female with a unidentifiable accent. I could not understand anything she was trying to say. I told her that. She tried again but I could not communicate with this female. I believe she is part of criminal organization. It would be great if the NSA or one of the other federal agencies would hit them so hard it would make their heads spin.
