This caller has Indian accent. He introduced himself as Sam but he did say who he wanted to talk to. Usually, when you call someone, you call his/her name before or after you introduce yourself, but he didn't. That means he doesn't know who I am, he said he call about my application and I could hardly understood him because of his accent. I said I didn't apply anything and he got the wrong number. He kept going on but I cut him off ....
This is a robocall. If you call back they will have confirmation that your number is to a person and will both continue to call and sell your number to others. If you stay on the line and get a person you will have a hard sell for vacation opportunities. If you resist they get ugly.
