This caller has Indian accent. He introduced himself as Sam but he did say who he wanted to talk to. Usually, when you call someone, you call his/her name before or after you introduce yourself, but he didn't. That means he doesn't know who I am, he said he call about my application and I could hardly understood him because of his accent. I said I didn't apply anything and he got the wrong number. He kept going on but I cut him off ....
Got a call this morning from this number at 8:30am saying he was with Kings plantation and I won a trip. I told him I did not recall filling anything out and he said I won a trip for 4 days to Orlando and asked if I was married. When I replied no he said I need to check with my manager and hung up. So I blocked his number.
Same as the others. I received a call on my cell from a man with an Indian accent claiming he was calling for American Airlines and I'd filled out a "ballot" and won a trip to Orlando. He congratulated me. It sounded like he was calling from a crowded call center with lots of background noise. He said his supervisor would give me the details and he just had a few questions, like if I would be traveling with my husband. It was obvious he didn't even know my name. I didn't answer a single question, and instead kept asking him questions. He hung up on me. Definite scam.
