This caller has Indian accent. He introduced himself as Sam but he did say who he wanted to talk to. Usually, when you call someone, you call his/her name before or after you introduce yourself, but he didn't. That means he doesn't know who I am, he said he call about my application and I could hardly understood him because of his accent. I said I didn't apply anything and he got the wrong number. He kept going on but I cut him off ....
Called cell at 830 Monday morning. Identified self as Walter. Claimed I had filled out a form with American Airlines and Marriott. When told to get to the point, hung up on me.
Called and said that I won a trip to Disney, said I applied for it a long time ago, I never applied for anything like this. Said I would get 4 days 3 nights in Orlando, never identified who he was or who he worked for, never even asked me to identify myself. Obviously a scam.
Got a call tonight from an [Indian?] dude claiming he was from American Airlines. I asked him who he was looking for and he did not answer so I hung up and added him to my blocked calls list. I'm going forward his number to Immigration. Maybe they'll do something about it.
