when called back said his name was captain nick. or same person david daniels. wouldn't give any info about who he was. was very rude. Had social security info and said from "nation wide" SCAM??
Middle Eastern Man calling and left a message stating i owed them a debt and gave a case number on my voicemail said "please please don not disregard this message, becasue if you do we will send "agents" to you home or workplace to collect this debt." Ha Ha. These people are insane. I have been dealing with a company like this for about 2 years now it began with them calling from a FL number and at the time they said they were from FIA Credit also, now he will not say a company name to me. I turned these people in the first time about 2 years ago to my attorney state general and the calls stopped for about a year then started again. So i called my state attorney general again and they had stopped up until Wed. 7/8/09 and they are now using a North Carolina number. I have filed a complaint with FTC.Gov and i urge everyone else who gets a call from this company to do so also because it takes several complaints for them to investigate. I am also in the process of filing a claim with my state attorney general now. I hope to someday be rid of these people for good. They only call my cell phone so i may have to change numbers but that to me shouldn't have to be.
I just received a call twice on my cell phone and once at work. He didn't say what company but did insist that I needed to call him back today or my attorney. He gave me a case # and said it was a legal manner. The phone number that came up when he called was 415-88-5599, but the phone number he gave me to call back on is 704-257-4355. They have called before and have called my place of employment too. I will file a complaint with the FTC if is will stop him from calling. I have no clue what he is talking about.
This guy says his name is Danville. He says for me to call him back. He been calling me for two years now giving me different names, numbers and information. He is annoying and i have been reporting him but he wont stop. Two years ago, he said I owe him money from a payday loan but he never gave me information about it or mailed me anything about it. In fact it is not even on my credit report. He is sick in the head. I read so many complaints about this guy with the heavy accent. Why cant he be stopped and leave people alone.
