This person called me today stating he was calling from the office of Daniel White he stated that my name, phone number and social was listed in a very serious matter and that I must call him back otherwise only God could help me. Dont fall for these calls they once almost got me. They just want your money. If it were legal they are not suppose to harrass anyone like that. Just report them to the FTC. I am going to report this one.
These people called my son regarding a payday loan from overseas. I have no such account. The best I can ascertain is that they have somehow been tapping into some applications I completed online to get personal information. I have already received and reported fraudulent activity on a phone call I received last month from a Nigerian man claiming that I owed CASHNET a certain amount of money and that they would send me to court if I did not pay that amount. After I advised him that I had no such loan and that he was trying to 'steal my money', he hung up on me. These may be the same people who called my son as they have personal information that may have been contained in my online applications. I believe that these people were actually after my account number and the access code which they did not get. When I reported the matter online as a complaint, I gave all of the details.
RECEIVED A CALL FROM 704-257-4355 AT WORK, OF ALL PLACES. THE GUY SAID HE WAS OFFICER JOHN JAMES FROM THE COURTS AND THERE WAS A SERIOUS MATTER CONCERNING A LAW SUIT FILED AGAINST ME. OF COURSE, I DIDNT CLAIM TO BE ME ON THE PHONE. I TOLD HIM I WOULD PASS THE MESSAGE ON TO RYAN. I KNOW I DONT OWE ANY DEBTS. I WOULDNT MIND FIGURING OUT HOW HE GOT MY INFO. ANYWAY, I HOPE THIS POST HELPS IN THE EFFORTS TO STOP THIS HARASSMENT.
Got all the same as above. I say get one of those air horn cans like they use at football games and blow thier ears off everytime they call. Just say "hold on I have something for you." Do it evey time one calls and eventually all of india will be deaf!!!!!
