This guy says his name is Danville. He says for me to call him back. He been calling me for two years now giving me different names, numbers and information. He is annoying and i have been reporting him but he wont stop. Two years ago, he said I owe him money from a payday loan but he never gave me information about it or mailed me anything about it. In fact it is not even on my credit report. He is sick in the head. I read so many complaints about this guy with the heavy accent. Why cant he be stopped and leave people alone.
I just received a call from this number. He kept putting me on hold to "get a supervisor" etc., then would come back on again with a different name. All of the names are generic "Jeff Anderson", "Eric Adams", "David Adams", which is odd in itself due to the heavy middle-eastern accent. Obviously, he is scamming, as he gives no info. Plus, he tried to inform me that this was not a personal call, but a legal call and that he is from Federal Investigative. Right. And I'm Tom Cruise. ;)
i got a threatening voice mail from this no.. i thing this company is fraud.they just need dollars.and am gonna report this directly to F.B.I.the person named jason hunt and shawn robinson gave me a call and they were just asking for the money.and i think they were calling from pakistan.they just told me that if u will not resolve this mess then u gonna b arrested ..
Rcvd call from 704-257-4355 and called himself Gary from First Credit Action. Called me at work, talking fast. Very rude. Said three accounts against me. Violations, bank fraud, tax fraud. Indicated officers were coming to work to "drag me to jail". SCAM!!! Had my work address, phone number, wrong DOB and said he had my SSN.
I just got a call from 704-257-4355. Just like others have written, I, Too, have been a victim of these "debt collection" calls. The man spoke with an Indian, or Pakistani accent. He told me about "downloading warrants", having me arrested, etc. He wants to debit my account, but before this, he said I must send a notarized letter of permission to take my money. He has called my brother twice. This has caused me a lot of stress, but I don't know what to do. Now that I have found this site, I am thankful that it's a scam.
i got the same call several different times. he called my work placestwice, i had my co worker talk to this guy and he threatend her offensively. we had reported this guy and had cops come to the job but they said they couldnt really do anything about it. what scares me is that he has mostly all my personal information and i wanna know how he got it. is there any way we can track him down and put his [***] in jail since he claims he can have cops come and put us in jail. this guy has a really accent as well, my boss also talked to this guy and when she was reading the scams he has to him he just kept saying how he's gonna put us in jail for talking rude to him and she kept going how he's all over the internet saying it's a scam he's doing he hung up. we need to report him ASAP!
