I got the same call said I owed $2000 for a credit card, said restraining order and suing for fraud. I was shocked they said they'd give me a one week extention to do some research. Ive called back 3 times was Hung up on once and on hold for 30 minut
es then call goes to voice mail. Total scam.
i just got a call from this same number and guy saying the same thing, and i should call with my lawyer to avoid a restraining order, im like wth, i haven't done anything to be involved with the law.and i searched the case number and its a scam too..no info provided..report , report , report....
These guys called my in-laws. Stated they had a restraining order and I had 48 hours to dispute the debt in Court. So glad for this posts. My husband was freaking out. They called my Mom too. I am going to check out pursuing legal action against them. Donnie Brook was the guy who called me. Thanks for everyone who posted. It helped alot!
i cant handle anymore of theses phones calls its going on 2 years and they just dont give up i changed my number 2xs now they are calling my family and friends the police are aware of this but nothing is getting done they are even calling people i havent talk to in years
Would love to join you in a class action lawsuit!! They must be stopped! They are calling everyone that knows me...Please let us ALL know I'm sure if we ALL get together we can make a difference. I just think that there are some people that just hear them and out of fear they PAY! I know I was scared and drove my family crazy. My parents were so worried that I had done somethink wrong! Shameful, I've never been in trouble with anyone!
