Just got a call for my husband from this number. The caller said his name was Melvin Hill . They left a message saying the local govement agency would be in touch to arrest him for a bad check. He does not have a bad check and I know this is a scam. This has been going on for months now with different members of our family and different types of collections (payday loan, Credit Cards, etc.). We do not even answer our own phone anymore without screening all calls. How do we stop these people. You can report it but nothing is ever done. They cannot catch them. It is very frustrating dealing with all this crap. Just do not give them any info or money. If anyone finds a way to stop them, let me know.
I just got this message on my desk phone at work. She told me that it was for a restraining order and that I have 24-48 to call with my lawyer or I will be summons for court. She then gave a file # Ojay..lol. These ppl need to be stopped ASAP.
My brother is receiving phone calls on his cell phone for me saying that my name is Donnie Brooks from Legal processing solutions. That he has an affidavit for my arrest. Gives the claim number and case number. That i will be arrested and I need a lawyer and good luck. This is about the fourth scam artist that has called me in the last year and a half. My daughter also gets these calls, saying you had a pay day loan or something else. I am sick of these vultures. They don't want to work, just steal anybodies money that they can intimidate out of it. How do you stop these idiots from calling? Phone # 704-464-0168.
Someone keeps calling me from this number 704-464--0168 and will not stop. I have no clue how she got my number! I am emailing the news about this! People need to know that there is a scam going on and do not give them any information or money!
