just recieved a call, AT WORK, from Kelly Davenport telling me I need to call Litigations with my affidavidt number within 48 hours or i would face jail time. When i asked what company she worked for i was told Legal Processing Solutions. when i asked for her personal line i was told no because i have legal issues. when i asked what town in North Carolina she was based out of i was told Litigations would answer all my problems. I did inform her that i was just trying to get as much information as possible seeing as i was in legal trouble and would be going to court. she hung up on me. when googling the company name there was one based out of florida. seriously annoyed with these people.
I received a phone call for this same company today. They called my place of employment. THey said the same thing about a restraining order and 24-48 hrs. I have not received anything in the mail. THis is a scam. What can I do to shut this down.
Some [***] with the name Steve Foster "Investigator", left a message on my voice mail giving me 24 to 48 hours to contact my attorney and settle the matter, that a "claim / affidavit / restraining order" had been filed against me. Well Stevie, if you have the paper work in front of you, please take it role it into a nice tight tube and STICK IT STRAIGHT UP YOUR [***] !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just got a call from these guys, trying to get my sister. Called himself Mark Douglas. Same BS about a restraining order. Restraining orders have nothing to do with debts. Total scam, ignore.
i got the same exact call saying special investigator kelly davenport 704-464-0168 i have 24-48 hours to get an attorney to file a restraining order and show cause as a respondent i am disabled and very sick and they call my cell # with that i cant take any stress i am under doctors care i could die at anytime and they did this crap im glad i looked it up you guys keep up the good work! this is really crazy that they have the right to do something like this and to use ojay you know whos name geese for the case # anyrate it was a payday loan and a haitian guy screaming at my wife last time on her cell phone saying i owe money i never took out a payday loan .........again godspeed to you people for making my health a little better and easier to not worry myself to death god bless you guys!!!!
