me too, i wish they would get their facts straight and STOP CALLING ME !!!
they are harressing people who don't even OWE MONEY !!!
how do they get away with this....
They called me about a year to question my acct after Bank of America cause I had to get my acct straighten out and did so. But then the customer service rep was straight out rude sayin owe em money after a year and the question is "why now asking me when they havent called like a year ago?" and "sayin I owe money even though I paid the full amount a year ago?"
