Caller ID read 650-399-4160; message left was the same as those stated from others. Caller indicated I was to call 706-659-9110 to stop legal action. I'm blocking both #s.
I got a call from 205-341-1909 to call this 706-659-9110 number immediately to stop a court processor from coming out to serve me. I talked a police officer about this and they said this is a scam. Once a person gets served with a law suit, the court processor comes out to your place, hands you the documents, and gives you the option to either let them take this to court or you can tell them you don't wish to fight it. They will give you a number to call to settle the dispute. They won't call, leave you a voicemail telling to you to call an unknown number to stop being served by a court processor. This has already been reported to the Federal Trade Commission.
This person wouldn't give me their companies name or their name and cursed at me and said to get off their phone I informed them they will are being recorded and they did not care and also that I would contact the Attorney General's office they still kept on in the same manner I am going to contact the Attorney General's office and make a complaint and in attorney's office these people need to be stopped
