This person keeps calling and threatening litigation. They will not provide me documentation of the supposed debt that I have just an amount. I am tired of their calls and harassment.
I got a call from MS. Clark. I was told that I have to pay today or I will be picked up and sent to jail. I kept asking for more info and was told , its at the clients office, I asked for the clients phone number, and she told me she did not have it.
I told them I am on a military base and its almost impossible to serve me, she told me all they have to do is drop the paperwork off at the address. RIGHT! when I told her I was at sea on a ship, she told me they can serve me on the boat... then she hung up .
I called a second time and got to speak to someone else and he is going to cut me a deal from $2700.00 to $600.00 all I have to do is give them my credit card number.. I asked if he had the right person and he asked if I knew my first name and maiden name , I said yes and he told me that was what I put as a refenece and also my dead parent as a reference that they have spoken to today... okay that's interesting.. its such a scam.. beware
I got a call from the same number (706-659-9110) saying they were filing a lawsuit in the county where I live & with a reference number & stating they were going to serve me at my place of employment. Then I told them that would be really hard for them to do. Then the guy asked why is that because we are very good at getting bosses to help & usually get you fired. I said well there is teally no way that any would even talk to you since I do not work. Then the guy said that he will have me served at my home which I then told the guy that that would be even harder for them to do. The guy said why is that which I said because I do not have a home. The guy said then who are you living with which I said I don't live with nobody. Then the guy said then where do you sleep at night which I said well I sleep in my old beat up car with my five kids but can we come live with you & I will let you f--k me every night before we go to sleep at night........ahhhh.......f--kin' not. Then the guy call me a f--king lying [***] -itch. Then I blew a very loud whistle in his ear which I think this guy might be having a little bit of trouble hearing for awhile. At least I had the guy busy with me so he couldn't be scamming someone else for awhile.
