This caller continues to call regarding reducing your interest rate.   When I held on the line to talk to a live person to have my name removed,they hung up on me.

Scumbags called my 12-year old to try to sell him a new mortgage.  They also called my cell phone.

They just called me a few minutes ago, and when I answered, they immediately hung up.
