Have been getting calls from this number but I don't answer. They do not leave a message.

I think this is a scam, they called to tell me I could lower my credit card balances to 6.9 % if I had a balance of over $3000 on my card...which I didn't. I wasn't going to give any info anyway, but it seemed fishy, plus I'm on a Do Not Call list.

How and who to I file a complaint with about this number. The first thing I got was a recording and then I got some Indian guy live.
