Got the call to lower my interest rate on my visa. Pressed 1. Got a live person. I asked if they were telemarketers and she said no. She said it was to lower my interest rate on my current visa. Then she continued on to say "since you have over a 3,000 dollar balance on your visa..." I interrupted her and said I have a zero balance on my visa. Then she hung up on me. Tried to call back and get a fast busy signal.
