I have been receiving the same calls daily, telling me that I need to call TODAY, me or my lawyer to resolve a matter where my personal information has been compromised. Some of the calls are from an area 45 mins away from where I live in Arkansas, and the others are from Alabama, Colorado, and Tennessee with the SAME voice robotic recording, pretty much demanding you to make contact.
I received a ca'll from 202-697-4473 stating two charges for fraudulent activity and the case # is met2865. process of summons division. I wonder if these scammers know the NSA is monitoring them
I tried to report them to the policeand was told they could do nothing. To block the numbers and not answer when they started calling from new ones. It's so annoying!
I received a call saying I have 2 charges attached to my social security number and I had to call and take care of it before I was served papers at home or my job. They even left a case number. I called the number back and no one ever answers. Glad to know it's a scam. This is the number they called me from 3852327228
