phishing scam. saying they can lower your interest rate on your card. Claims they are from head office for VISA and MASTERCARD ( didn't know they had merged !!) and that they work with all major banks in the country. Asked them to confirm with which bank I am with because obviously if they have my number they can trace which bank I am with... Obviously got the wrong bank !! don't fall for this scam
