Who called from 7124290375

I hate these things.  My husband is overseas and uses a calling card to call, so when I see an odd area code, I answer.  He was injured and is now in a hospital in Kuwait City awaiting transport back home.  I got this stupid call, thinking it was him.  Thanks to y'all for putting your input here because I check all the #'s now and it eases the wonder of kowing I did not miss a call from the huz.  

Noone on other line. Annoying! This was to my unlisted cell phone #.

Received call, missed it (good thing after reading this!!!).  Like others, have my number for years and is unlisted, but not on "Do Not Call" because I knew the list would be hacked and used illegally (I'm a software engineer - there is no such thing as a 100% SECURE system!!!!)

I get calls from this number a couple of times a week, both on my personal and business cell phones. Do they just randomly dial numbers?
