I had my cell phone less than two days when I got a call from this number. Some mortgage company. I called back and got a message to input my number to take it off their list. But that's two long distance calls on my cell now, and only 5 people even have my number!
It's illegal to telemarket to cell phones, so I reported it at https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01
Don't know if it will do any good.
I got a call from this number as well, during classtime at school! I could've gotten in trouble, and even worse I've been expecting a call from one of my friends back east. I got my hopes up thinking it was her... but no, I was wrong b/c apparently the area code is from Iowa... o__O;
