Got a call from someone I had a minor traffic altercation with on 290. I forgot about it in 5 minutes. This person called me later that day and left me a message blowing off some steam but also making a threat. Really, all I want to do is appologize for my part of the altercation. This minor thing really upset this person. I'd like to clean my side of the street. Usually when I get this number on my phone ID it is from the police department, Either Harris County or City of Houston.
Although this was no traffic altercation, I have gotten the same call several times in the last week and remembered it was possibly the same number that people had told me that was inmates calling to get your phone information to use for their own, but they were calling as a collect call. How they can do this is unbelievable to me. I will be reporting this to the police this time. Last time they said something but I could not understand and this time nothing and I said quit calling this number. Thanks Judith for posting this. We live in Harris County also.
They called twice already, they said they call from Florida and wants to do a political survey, I told them I am register with Donotcall.com so stop calling my number, they hang-up on me after that.
