"2nd warning final warning to lower interest rate", foreigner used vague language that he was affiliated with visa and MasterCard and began phishing for info: rate, balance etc. I laughed and told them to remove me from the call list.

Called me this morning. This number gets around. Didn't answer, no voicemail.

I have gotten calls on my cell from this number a few times.

I didn't pick up. Let it go to voice mail. If I don't know who is calling they will NEVER, EVER, get me to answer.

Why won't the NSA do its job and go after these people? They have zero excuse not to.

I don't answer callers I do not know. I figure if it's important they will leave a message...no message

In Ohio. Just had this number show up on my phone. I never answer unfamiliar calls, but it's very annoying when things like this show up repeatedly.
