Who called from 7130000000

I received a call yesterday from telephone number 713-000-0000 with messaging stating that my credit card company could lower my interest rate. I do not want any future calls from this number as this is not a valid caller.

This number called my cell and I didn't answer because the number said 713 000 0000. After it stopped ringing I called the number back and it said it was an invalid number. I don't like the calls like this coming from god knows where.

This is a hoax shows as unknown

Rec'd a call, came up Texas 713-000-0000.  Did not answer, no message left.
