Who called from 7130000000

Just received this call on my cell phone.  No message left.

I just got this call in OH on my cell. On DNC registry as well.  Funny thing is, i have the Mr. Number app on my android cell and the caller id came up as "me". I didn't answer, but i have NO contact listed as me, so it must have been the caller. Talk about tricky.

Also in OH & DNC list-did not answer. Showed as Texas call

Just got the call as well.  I am from OH.  I did not answer and no VM left.

Received the call just now, rang once, no message left. I also live in Ohio and I am on the DNC registry.
Called the number back, and it said it was no longer in service.
