I too received multiple calls they told me I refuse to sign a subpoena so I don't get to know my court date and I don't know what the hell they're talking about and I do not have a number to call them back only whoever was supposed to subpoena me and now they are not answering me what the hell does a person do I am very upset with nowhere to go does anybody have a number for this place LPS and as far as I'm concerned I have never been treated so rudely I would like to return the favor to them
Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:
1. Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2. Demand a debt validation letter by US mail. E-mail no good.
3. Do not pay the collection agent or anyone else a DIME until the debt is validated.
Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.
If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money, tell them that you know this is a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion. You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her. Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved. Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them.

I got a call from the LPS today and was told they are looking for my husband and he has 2 hours to call them or he will be served. That a legal complaint has been filed against him and if he didn't call them with a case # they gave me within 2 hrs he would be served! Lol I told her well how are they gonna serve him when they don't know where he lives! She hung up! I called the number blocked and they put me on hold 2-3 times and the last time was about 15 min. So I hung up! I knew it was a scam! The number they told me to call was 1-844-497-0414 good try idiots!
LPS just called me and said that I refused a court summons and that I needed to get back with them in two hours. I have no idea why they are calling me at work to tell me this. I have not had anyone come by my house to even try to give me a summons for court. The number they used was 2136342076, Who are these people and what can I do about them? I live in Alabama.
