I too received multiple calls they told me I refuse to sign a subpoena so I don't get to know my court date and I don't know what the hell they're talking about and I do not have a number to call them back only whoever was supposed to subpoena me and now they are not answering me what the hell does a person do I am very upset with nowhere to go does anybody have a number for this place LPS and as far as I'm concerned I have never been treated so rudely I would like to return the favor to them
i just got the same call left me a voicemail stating exactly what you just said! nobody came to my house either! i live in Ohio. from what I read on here its a scam!
They called from an unknown number and left a phone number 213-793-5942 and also 714-230-7491. They said that they have documents for me to sign and apparently somebody wouldn't sign them for a case against me which I have no clue what they're talking about and that I have two hours to get back with them. They have been calling me for a week this is the first time I left a message on 06–20 1–16
Exact call today...Someone was trying to deliver legal documents to me but had failed. Gave me a case number. LPSG group claiming to be a lawyer office and I'm being sued for a debt that is over 7 years old. Way past statue of limitations in Minnesota. The lady I spoke with claimed that the papers were still coming but said on several occasions that she could get them to settle for way less.....go ahead and send the papers, I know my rights. They cannot sue on a debt over 6 years old.
