I received two calls while I was away on a business trip from this number. The caller identified himself only as "John", gave no company affiliation, and asked that I call back and reference #41305. The same message was left twice a few days apart. It all smells fishy to me. I didn't call back.
i did not believe them when they called my job and threatened to have me served but sure enough!! real jerks.. did'nt even give me the time to respond to the messages and i almost lost my job. i wished i would have worked something out with them but too late. they served me with a summons & complaint to appear in court and my wages got garnished. some times things arent always what they appear.
Same guy left a message on my home phone - loking for my adult son who has not lived here for a long time. Message said he "had a file" (with a number). Used the name "Mark Normington." and telephone number 714-263-7170.
This person John Lizaraga called my place of employment (Federal Government)and spoke with HR, which inturn they contacted my supervisor -- who passed the message onto me to contact this person John Lizarage as it was a person matter with the reference number of 25493. I called several times today, no answer. I did leave a message stating to NEVER call my place of employment as I do not have any outstanding debts/collections and would file a complaint for harrassment if they called again. I left my personal cellphone number with hopes I get a second call.......which will result in me filing a FORMAL COMPLAINT!
I had a man named "Victor Diaz" call my home phone and left a message that said he had some information about my sister's new husband. I thought it may have been the P.I. my dad hired but my dad said he had no idea who this was. Then I stumbled across this site and the number is similar to the ones everyone else has had problems with, so I'm pretty sure this is a scam too.
