I got a call saying I have criminal charges and I need to call the State office at 714-482-3318. I work in an attorney's office and now this is false. Who do I report this too?
I just thought of something. Has anyone done surveys online for walgreens, fry's, or jack in the box lately? My calls from these numbers started a couple days after I did them. Thanks
This guy keeps calling me. His name is Mr. Smith. This is the third time he has called. The first time I hung up the phone on him. He called back saying I shouldn't hung up on him and that I will now lose my job my family and my life will be ruined. I asked him to send proof of these CHARGES. He didn't reply and said he was sending a Officer to my work and home to Arrest me. Little did he know I work with these Officers on a daily basis. He told me my address and full name and last 4 digets of my S.S. I said that it was correct, go ahead and send the Police to get me. Now it's a week later and on a Holiday when 99% all Goverment offices are close. He calls again and guess what its the same guy! He said he just gotten my case on his desk today and wanted to take care of this matter. I told him he is full of it and that there is no charges against me cause I check and that this was a scam and needed to stop calling me before I press charges back for Harassment .
