I had a call and they told me they were filing a complaint....? I asked what it was about and they had all old information from 2012, I at first thought it was legitimate. Then she said it was from a payday loan that was over $1000 dollars and it was a online loan service. First of all I never got a payday loan from online. They do have your DOB and ONLY THE LAST 4 OF YOUR SOCIAL, so dont think it is legitimate. The company that supposably gave money to me is not a real company and can not be found on google, or any trace of such a company. these people wanted me to pay 1/3 of the balance of over a grand. They said that court would be had over this, but it is not real do not pay any money to these people.
i had the same number call me twice, I called it back. they had my bank and my name I don't know how they got my number cuz its new.. the loan was from AA enterprise, and they didn't have an exact amount. who doesn't have an exact amount of what you owe them.
Received a phone call about a complaint about me from 1-12-2012. Claimed they were not attempting to collect a debt, I asked for detilas so my attorney could contact them---and they hung up--S C A M----
