Ignore.. Read the other posts. This is a scam originating in India. Been around for a while. IRS never initiates contact by phone. Your best bet is to get a call blocker. Also, don't pick up on calls you do not recognize.
I received the same call as mentioned above on my cell phone. I could not make out the IRS part but it was officer Eric Foster. It sounded as if he had a speech impediment. I have blocked this phone number on my cell.
