These MoFo's NCS (some rude [***] who calls himself mr duke) just called me and stated I owe wells fargo $1548 for an old bounced check from 2009 which I never wrote or remember writing and that I will be arrested by the LA county sherif dept next week.. I was shocked. I told him I will investigate this and take matters into my own hands. he started muscling me and being very verbally absuive. he claims he's a litigator.... LOOOLLLLLL........ I googled the company name and voila, this site pops up.. beware of these MoFo's. they're major FRAUD!!!!! beware!!!!!!!!!!...

Same [***] (Mr.Dukes) called my mother who just got out of the hospital and almost gave her a heart attack. Calling about my ex boyfriends debt! I spoke to his 'director' Mr.Coleman who called me an irresponsible scumbag. Said my people get off the boat and immediately try to take advantage of the system! I recorded the call and have already contacted the Attorney General and the BBB! Nothing but a bunch of worthless collectors.
These a holes keep calling me saying I'm going to jail.hahaha when i asked where the company was located and how they obtained this"debt " the man who called himself Mr Newton started yelling and cussing at me i hung up. I Received Several Calls From Northeast Credit Solutions. They Threatened Me To The Point Where I Knew It Was Time To Call The FTC at 877 382-4357- They Took The Report, and Are Sending Me A Formal Complaint Form To Fill Out. It Sounds Like Their Scare Tactics Are Quite Common Amongst All Of Us. What I Have Read Thus Far Is Everything and More That They Tried To Intimidate Me With. The Calls Stopped Immediately After I Called The FTC- Perhaps They Called Them Or Are Already Aware Of NCS. The FBI Could Easily Be Working On Tracing Their Locations. I Hope They Shoot Them First and Concerns For Any Questions Are Considered Later.
