NCS calls and Mr. Coleman who is a very rude and hateful man not only threaten me but called me a lie and told me how sorry I was and that within 72 hours they would be filing a lawsuit on me. When I told him that I have just filed chapter 7 he started to yell and continued to be little me.
got a damn crank call for a civil suit action against me for something i have already worked out a payment plan with. these stupid scammers just ran my credit report and try to pull something from there to collect for themselves. this jerk said to call 716-601-3063 with bogus case number they left. this company is not getting a damn penny. big time scam artist. yeah... good luck back to you damn scam artist.
I received a call this afternoon and my wife answered the phone. She spoke with a man allegedly named Ron Coleman who supposedly has a "fraud claim" to collect from me for a check amounting in $368.00. She tried to get more information out of him about what this fraud claim was for, and he said that it was for his client, Wells Fargo/Wachovia. He wouldn't give her any more information and told her to just relay the message to me and hung up the phone on her. She relayed the message to me and I called "Ron Coleman". He gave me the same run-around and told me there was this fraud claim yet wouldn't reveal to me who I supposedly committed fraud on yet expected me to just pay up??? I don't think so. I started looking around on the internet as this whole thing seems too eery to be real, and sure enough when I Googled the phone number he called from, I found this message board which leads me to believe even further that this is a complete scam company. Normally if you actually had a fraud claim against you, details regarding what the fraud is for would be fully given to you along with asking for payment. DO NOT PAY A PENNY TO THIS COMPANY!!! I highly recommend contacting your attorney or getting an account with Pre-Paid Legal so you can call a live attorney 24/7 for legal advice. I know I'm calling mine! The last thing I need is a fake delinquent account on my credit report. Protect yourself, contact an attorney.
