These MoFo's NCS (some rude [***] who calls himself mr duke) just called me and stated I owe wells fargo $1548 for an old bounced check from 2009 which I never wrote or remember writing and that I will be arrested by the LA county sherif dept next week.. I was shocked. I told him I will investigate this and take matters into my own hands. he started muscling me and being very verbally absuive. he claims he's a litigator.... LOOOLLLLLL........ I googled the company name and voila, this site pops up.. beware of these MoFo's. they're major FRAUD!!!!! beware!!!!!!!!!!...

I received more than a call from Northeast Credit Solutions. They faxed papers to my job wanting my supervisor to signthem to verify my employment. I have no idea who these people are.
I got a call from this "business" under this numer:(855) 695-1312 this evening. The man was asking about a family member of mine. I had already been warned of this scam after they called my father. They threatened that I would be brought into court as well and after giving them a bs story about how my family member was tracking in space with unicorns the man lost his temper and called me a "f*ucking c*nt " and a drug addict before hanging up on me. Definatly a scam. :)
I got a call today from a number 888-846-7995 telling me that it was extremely urgent that I contact them because I am going to be served with a subpeona to appear in court for a payday loan I took out. I havent heard from this company in months and now this Investigator Jennings is calling me saying that he can talk to the attorneys and see what can be done and how much I can pay to get the thing taken care of. I didnt make any arrangements but it sounded so real because he had my maiden name and all the details. How do they get this information? They have me scared to death.
