This person call me several times and after I kept hanging up. I told him you are fradulent and I will call the police about this call and he never called back. SOB
On October 2, 2012, I also received a call from (855) 888-6784 X209 (Mr. Newton). I wonder if his first name is Fig. Anyway he just left a message saying that he was pursuing a charge-off by my bank and that if I didn't call him back by October 4th, he would move forward with the "action" and force the litigation. He wasnted to give me a chance to make good on it. Yeah, right! Well, I never called him back, so we'll see what happens next. Also, if a bank has "charged-off" an item, that means that they have written it off....they are no longer pursuing it. It's a done deal as far as the bank is concerned. So, it appears that Mr. Newton better go back to the drawing board and find another sucker to scam. It won't be me!!!

He had one of his assistants call me claiming that their name was NCS Law Firm, which they are not!
NCS is a collection agency!
He called me about a debt he claims I owe from 2007?
I checked my credit report and it is not there!
He said that a civil suit will be filed against me in a county I do not reside.
He also gave me an amount to pay which he claims is half of what I owe.
