they call us everyday, multiple times a day, often multiple times within 30 minutes! our student loan is up to date and they still call! starting before 8:30 in the morning up to 9pm. this has to stop! this is harrassment.
I have 2 student loans and both are having payments deducted from my checking acct monthly and ARE CURRENT to date for payment so I do not understand why they are calling me and then hanging up. The only letters I get in the mail are to let me know the date and amount of the auto deduction. Apparently you DO call people whos loans are current.
It is fraud when I have 3 loans all of which are up to date on payment and this place keeps calling me wanting me to give the access to my bank account and soc sec and give them money over the phone.
