I received the same call from this individual and or company. Please don't give them any information what so ever. Do not put your trust in this company its someone trying hack and gain important information from your electronics. Again do not trust this company and or individual.
got already a couple times a phone call from 1-718-513-1436, normal I don't say any thing back, but now I got enough from them. I got five minutes later an unknown phone they hang up on me. So I hope did was the last time that they call me up. It is stupid that you van do nothing with this sort of calls.
Have now received 2 calls from this number...it is a scam...they are claiming to be Microsoft, seeing something wrong in my system...which I know is not possible.
Also got the call on my land line yesterday...today's was on my cell!
Regarding the call from New York pretending they are Microsoft Techs (718-513-1436 & 315-633-3467)
Most people don't have the time to deal with these guys, but if you do, keep them on the phone as long as you can, give them wrong and conflicting information, change your statements, pretend you are keeping them on hold to access some information, or just put them on hold and get back to them every 30 second. When you are done with them, tell them you know they are committing a fraud and ask them to stop calling.
Report their number to FCC. Block their number so they can call you again.
