Received a call from this number he left a message saying he was Joseph Davis, with a pre-legal claim against me, however in the entire message, he did not personalize it to me, but left the same call back number saying they would like to get a final statement from me.
I received a voice message on my answering machine about a "pre-legal matter" attached to my SSN; however, the caller did not indicate what company he was calling from and he did not mention my name. He left a NYC phone number (718) 690 3386 as his "direct line". He said he was calling to get a "statement" from me. I have no idea who this person is or who he works for. I refuse to give out any personal information to anyone calling me with a suspicious story line such as this one. I will report calls like this as harassment if they continue.
Just received same call from 718-690-3386 from a Joseph Davis calling from North Eastern. They called me 4 times today and left 4 messages with the exact same message each time (recording!). He stated that they are handling a pre-legal claim with my name and SSN involved and they need me to call them back to resolve the issue or get my final statement in the matter! I will not be calling back after reading everyone else's complaints above! Block this number!
I just got the same exact call 5 minutes ago from Joseph Davis saying it was a legal matter associated with my SSN. So glad other people are having this issue so it confirms it is a scam. Number BLOCKED!
Same thing as everyone here; call from 718-690-3386, message on my voicemail from a Joseph Davis calling from North Eastern. Message sounds like recording.
