This is a VoiP line provided by PaeTec communications.  The end subscriber appears to be some scam company operating likely from overseas trying to scam credit cards out of people.  Contact PaeTec directly with your compliant at [email protected]  and provide them the phone # that called you, etc.

The classic "we'll give you a free alarm if you let us put a sign in your yard" scam.  I pushed '9' to be removed which took me to another recording that told me to push '2' to be removed.  I'm sure I just fell for some other level of scam, but I have no idea what.

I continually get calls from this number.  I do not answer; no message left
