This was a recorded message for an alarm company and it calls my cell and then my home....so annoyed. the recording has call seval times each one a different number. I have called it back and the number was out of order. so so annoying!
We've had the same calls 6 times in the past month so far wanting to put an alrm sign in our yard, yada yad yada and our opting out request has gone on deaf ears.
Have been getting a call from this number numerous times, 718-732-1022, about putting an alarm sign in the yard for signing up for an alarm system. Punching the opt out numbers are falling on deaf ears. Don't they know there's a huge fine for these calls to DNC numbers????
Beware of horrible home alarm contracts and practices which may include:
1. they tell you it's a 2-year contract but it's really 5 years in the fine print
2. there may be a hidden installation charge and other hidden fees
3. they tell you it's a free system so you think you get to keep it after the contract expires (false!)
4. they won't tell you you're really renting the system with rental charges waived in the contract
5. when the contract runs out, they make it hard to return the system and hit you with rental fees
6. you may need to pay someone to remove it from your home
7. you may be charged for "damaged" parts after you return them
