I did some research and found out that Arnold Katz was a photographer who passed away in 2012 in New York City. He still has a photography gallery. But that may not be the person that represents the prank call there are dozens of Arnold Katz in the New York City area . But this is definitely fraud .
Received a call from above number @ 8:38am. Call supposedly from an Arnold Katz. Upon hearing the start of his Microsoft scam went into another room , picked a whistle and blew into the phone's receiver. No further words came from the scammer. Call to actual Microsoft proved fruitless.
