Yes its a scam and received call at my place of employment and supervisor cursed them out, DEFINITELY a scam and phone call was recorded after being told. Serious echo on their end and address is not in NYC. Call was being ported through a cell tower in NYC.
Sent complaint again to FBI- Which probably wont be followed up and be careful with these a##holes. they're phishing your credit reports as well.So what so good about this not a damn thing and no one does squat.

Had gotten a phone call from that number of 718-977-5955 around 1:22pm est but by the time i went to go pick it up the phone stop ringing. So I decided to call the number back up and a guy pick up with a deep voice. I ask him someone just call me on my cell phone a few moments ago. He came out asking me about my phone number so I gave it to him. Then he said is this Eva with my last name. So I told him yes Then he said if I had gotten any type of letter from the post officer or from think the police station or from the IRS from the fedarels something like that Told him no and why. He came out saying it was for a out standing payday loan to my bank acct and something about I was trying to transferred funds to someone and what not. I was like I NEVER gotten a payday loan and stuff. Next I knew he said ok and then said he is taken legal action about it then hang up. Like really what payday load I gotten? I never gotten a payday loan from any where. Know everytime I see a payday loan site they usually ask for your personal bank acct info and right there is a red flag with me. I learn my lesson when I had apply for a payday loan which they took money out of my bank acct and ever since then I dont even play around with those types of payday loan crap. Plus am not sure why he came out saying something about the IRS and the post office and the police station about me getting any type of letters. Really you think the IRS have time for that knowing that only time IRS is in your face is when you own them back money on tax's and thats about it Also the post office is usually lazy so when do they have time for stuff like that by trying to scan people really and as far as the police station seem like they dont have time for that as well.
