Yes its a scam and received call at my place of employment and supervisor cursed them out, DEFINITELY a scam and phone call was recorded after being told. Serious echo on their end and address is not in NYC. Call was being ported through a cell tower in NYC.
Sent complaint again to FBI- Which probably wont be followed up and be careful with these a##holes. they're phishing your credit reports as well.So what so good about this not a damn thing and no one does squat.

I received a email 05/15/2015 stating that legal proceedings have been issued with one of Cash Advance Inc Companies. They say I owe $835.65 for a loan that I took out with one of Cash Advance Companies. I never took out a payday loan with this company or anyone of their associates. They gave me 4 hrs to contact them with the payment or there will be a warrant for my arrest. The person who issued the email is Frank Jackson with the U.S. Dept. of Justice, 271 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn NY. 11201.
I received a call from 718-977-5955 it was a recorded message and in this message it told me to call back with the same number. It also told me to surrender to local law enforcement.
