These people have been calling me for about a month or so, I would return the call and no one would answer so I would leave a message telling them that I know this is a scam and to lose my number. So today I get another call from them and called the number back immediately, this woman answered and said this was a Legal mediation firm, I told her I owed no money and was not involved in any legal cases and that I knew this was a scam and was going to turn them in to the Better Business Bureau, she said, is this Sonja Babbitt and I said yes, she told me to do whatever I felt I needed to do, she was going to save us both the time and just attach my statement to my file and wished me luck in court!!!! I in turn wished her luck in court as well!!!!
Same guy as mentioned in the previous comments. He's used the same names and same southern accent as well. However, instead of calling from Florida. He's now calling from Colorado. Definitely the same scam as before. All beware. I hope as we all do that he is caught and prosecuted.
I have received 3 calls from this number today.From a female then 2 males.They said this was litigation in reference to bouncing checks.REALLY??????????????????????????????Definatley a scam...Do these people think we a stupid? They are the stupid ones....
Recieved 2 calls from Mark Jefferson regarding Legal Mediation. Didn't say my name or ssn but said they were attached to a case. Left the same scripted message twice!
Idk why you'll are criticizing this company like this.. If you have questions you call the company. It seems alot of ppl make all the EXCUSES IN THE WORLD NOT TO PAY THEIR DEBT...SMH.. You guys up here should be ashamed of yourselves. Its not Free money. There are consequences when you borrow money from these funding company's and lenders. Its the type of contract that we are signing when we apply for these PayDay Loans. Its called TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The moral of story is that their making recommendation not threatening just trying to reach out to us debtors that have broken a previous an PayDay Loan agreement. I'm completely satisfied with their services and received my Paid In Full Letter. No complaints over here.
